a. Wednesday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

b. Thursday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

c. Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM

2. Job Requirements

a. The trainer must be well versed with all housekeeping operations, cooking, baby care, elderly and rules.

b. Able assign and direct activities

c. Able to set up internal communications.

d. Able to ensure there is teamwork and productivity.

e. Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

f. Familiar with usage of laptop and mobile phones

3. Job Details

a. Manage the operations as per the schedule

b. Train helpers on baby or child care needs

c. Train helpers on elderly care needs

d. Train helpers on cooking (recipe and guide given)

e. Train helpers on housekeeping

f. Go through slides prepared for theory learning

g. Correct behaviours when they are wrong

Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Generate and issue regular reports (daily, quarterly, yearly).
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business division heads through clear communication and timely info sharing.
• Advisory: Guide transaction structuring with risk mitigation tools for optimal risk-reward.
• Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends and maintain key relationships through meetings.
• Policy Implementation: Enforce company-wide credit policies per internal standards.
• Insurance Management: Handle all insurance matters, including policy negotiations.
• Compliance: Understand company internal policies and applications and ensure compliance.
• Best Practices: Propose and implement credit risk management improvements.
• Policy Review: Reviewing and enhancing credit policies and systems.
• System Harmonization: Align global credit policies and systems with company standards.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of credit analysis and risk management, preferably from commodities/ financial institutions industry.
• Solid understanding and experience in AML, KYC, Credit Risk and Compliance, Credit Rating Models.
• Knowledge with ISDA/CSA, TOB and derivatives instruments.
