Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated brand communication campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
• Lead CRM initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain customers
• Segment audiences for effective communication (EDM, SMS, Mobile App)
