Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Scope of work:

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work, printing of worksheets and managing correspondences with stakeholders.
• Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
• Handle walk-in customer service.
• Administer basic first aid and care for sick students.
• Perform printing jobs (for worksheets, booklets, letters, etc).

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Must possess GCE ‘N’ or its equivalent (Critical Criteria)
• Possess Basic First Aid certification
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask with good time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Contract Period: From 3 Feb 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of one (1) year.
