5. Team Leadership & Development:**

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Work cross-functionally with other departments (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

6. Strategic Partnerships & Reporting:**

• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and banks, to maintain strong relationships and ensure effective financial communication.
• Lead the preparation of board presentations, financial dashboards, and other reporting materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, or similar).
• Proven track record of driving financial strategy and performance in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

General Description

Customer Service Executive is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times. Duties include answering customer calls & emails within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with excellent quality. Must be a strong team player & ensure high levels of attendance & punctuality.
