You'll also ensure the reception area is organized and work closely with the veterinary team to support smooth operations.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week.
• Weekend shifts required, often scheduled on both weekends.
• Evening shifts (12pm to 9pm) shifts required.
• No fixed schedule. The schedule will be released a month in advance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
• Diploma or equivalent; additional training in veterinary office procedures is a plus.
