Job Description

• To manage, control and monitor daily project works, instructions and progress.
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.

- Secure highly sensitive data and systems in compliance with zero-trust security models, designing advanced IAM policies and using AWS encryption and network security tools to prevent any possible vulnerabilities.

- Develop multi-cloud solutions that integrate AWS with other cloud providers (GCP, Azure) seamlessly, enabling hybrid cloud architectures that can handle mission-critical workloads at global scale.

- Solve AWS performance issues that others cannot, finding bottlenecks and failures across multi-layered services using advanced monitoring tools like CloudWatch, X-Ray, and third-party integrations.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, employing AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform with a level of sophistication that minimizes manual intervention to near zero.

- Contribute to the evolution of AWS services—work directly with AWS teams to influence and test cutting-edge services, potentially even contributing to beta testing and product feedback.

- Lead global disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring the continuity of complex cloud-based systems with automatic failover mechanisms and zero data loss.

- Push the boundaries of cloud technologies with predictive scaling, **auto-healing mechanisms, and AI-driven optimization.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Has deep, hands-on experience with almost every AWS service (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, EKS, CloudFormation, Redshift, Kinesis, etc.) and knows how to leverage these services in cutting-edge, complex systems.

- Can design architectures that are not just scalable, but also ultra-efficient, highly secure, and resilient in a highly dynamic cloud environment.

- Has in-depth knowledge of AWS best practices for security, compliance, and governance, including advanced IAM policy management, VPC flow, custom CloudTrail alerts, and maintaining compliance at scale in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, PCI).

- Is a master of automation, with experience designing and maintaining **highly complex CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and GitOps practices.

- Is familiar with AWS emerging technologies, including but not limited to: **AWS Graviton, **AWS Outposts, **Amazon Elastic File System (EFS), **Amazon QLDB, and **Amazon Elastic Inference.

- Can demonstrate advanced serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions, running mission-critical applications at a global scale.

- Is an expert at cost optimization in complex environments with a deep understanding of Reserved Instances, Spot Instances, Savings Plans, and AWS Budgets. Able to cut cloud costs by a significant margin without affecting system performance.

- Has demonstrated thought leadership in cloud technology, having contributed to open-source cloud tools, written technical blogs, or spoken at AWS re:Invent or similar conferences.

- Has experience designing systems that handle millions of transactions per second, utilizing highly parallel processing techniques like **AWS ParallelCluster and Amazon S3 Select.

Key Challenges You Will Face:

- Re-Architecting legacy systems to be completely cloud-native with zero downtime and minimal manual intervention, all while maintaining a 99.99% SLA.

- Scaling AWS environments from 100 to 10,000+ EC2 instances with auto-scaling groups while ensuring security and operational simplicity.

- Implementing real-time analytics solutions with AWS Kinesis and Redshift at a level where thousands of data streams are processed and analyzed in real-time, driving mission-critical business decisions.

- Designing fault-tolerant, multi-region architectures that survive significant global AWS outages or data center failures, ensuring business continuity and zero data loss.

Requirements:

- At least 5-7 years of direct AWS cloud experience, including at least 3 years architecting and maintaining complex, high-scale production environments on AWS.

- Expert-level certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, or AWS Certified Security Specialty.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production systems using AWS and ensuring they meet performance, security, and cost expectations.

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation at scale.

- Advanced programming experience (Python, Go, Java, or similar) for automation, application deployment, and cloud management.

- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging experience across large-scale cloud architectures, including identifying and resolving critical production issues quickly.

- Experience with multi-cloud architectures and hybrid-cloud integrations (AWS + GCP/Azure).

Bonus Points:

- Experience with AWS IoT or edge computing services.
