This position reports to the Assistant Director, Programmes and interfaces with company managers and SSA Professional staff. Roles & Responsbilities

Managing Programmes
1. Conduct programmes based on client needs
2. Conduct needs assessment to support development of programmes based on client needs
3. Provide programme updates to Supervisor
4. Identify areas of improvement in programmes
5. Implement quality control and compliance procedures
6. Maintain daily records on progress of clients
7. Develop information materials for distribution to clients and participants

Manage Manpower Resources

8. Manage manpower camp staff to ensure the smooth running ofthe programmes

9. Plan manpower deployment for programmes

10. Guide camp staff in executing programme activities

Build Stakeholder Relationships
11. Coordinate with other organisations for the execution of programmes
12. Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders

Salary Range

Diploma Holders: $1,900 - $2,300

Degree Holders: $2,300 - $2,700

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in large scale civil infrastructure projects. They are seeking for a Project Architect to manage LTA project.

• Leading in resolving construction and technical issues on drawings
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress and detect design errors and drawing discrepancies
• Propose solutions to technical problems
• Preparing design brief (timeline, process control, quality control)
• Liaise with internal (senior management / architects team / quantity surveyors) and external stakeholders (client / sub-contractor / authority etc) to ensure the work fulfil the requirement in terms of functionality and operationality.
• Monitor the design development and mitigate any project risks
• Assist in tender quality plan for submission including scheduling, drawing, preparing method statement, innovative ideas, value engineering proposal etc
• Supervising drafting and modelling works
• Obtain technical clearance to client and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Possesses at least 10 years of architectural experience including LTA projects
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
