This is a full time role for a Class 3 Delivery Driver located in Penjuru Road. Our clients are Logistics service in Singapore. You will be responsible for safely transporting goods to and from specified locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. They assist with the careful loading and unloading of items to prevent damage and provide excellent customer service by addressing any delivery-related questions or concerns. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Care Nurses to join our team and provide essential care to chronic ill and palliative patients at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform home visits to assess and manage chronic ill/palliative patients.
• Conduct nursing assessments and coordinate with doctors for medical evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Monitor patient medication adherence and compliance with doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Perform critical nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheter insertion, naso-gastric tube insertion, and care of medical tubing.
