Job Summary

As an AI Solutions Architect for the APAC Geo at NetApp, you will work closely with Sales Specialists, Partner Managers, Technical Leaders and Sales Teams to drive sales execution and business growth for AI solutions and technologies.

Your passion for technology, strategic thinking, and expertise in Artificial Intelligence will be essential to success. You already have an in-depth understanding of AI market trends, key industry best practices, and the technology landscape.

Using your background and experience, you will work with your peers and leadership to develop and execute a strategy to evangelise NetApp, train and enable field sellers, work closely with Go-To-Market partners and participate, where required, in direct sales campaigns.

A technical background in infrastructure, database technologies and software coding, is essential.

Job Requirements

The AI Solutions Architect is a domain expert; the role holder will work closely with cross-functional team members to achieve revenue and growth targets for the APJ&I Geo.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Technical, Sales, Partner and Marketing teams to evangelise AI solutions and technologies.
• Act as the go-to person for all technical and AI, ML, Data Analytics and HPC workloads
• Work closely with WW leadership to ensure that AI sales plays are adjusted and aligned to local market needs
• Act as a key liaison between sales teams and global headquarters, providing insights and feedback to help refine corporate strategies
• Where required, participate in direct sales opportunities including qualification of requirements, solutions design, proof-of-concept testing, and competitive analysis
• Define & guide technical teams regarding technical/solution design
• Collaborate with Partner and Alliance teams to drive end-to-end solution designs for our customers and prospects
• In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts including server/storage architecture, batch/stream processing, data warehousing, data lakes, distributed filesystems, OLTP/OLAP databases and data pipelining tools

Working Hour/ Location : 8.30am to 5.15pm (Mon - Fri) / Jurong Island (transport pickup to and fro at Outram Park and Jurong East MRT)

Remunerations : Up to $6,600 (basic + fixed monthly site allowance) + 13 mths Aws + 2 times bonus payout + yearly increment + permanent staff benefit

Responsibilities:

- Interpret applicable Legal, Singapore Standards, Code of Practice & other requirements and implement & provide directions for compliance.

- Develop, maintain and periodically test out emergency response, Organize & conduct CERT audit and other emergency response relevant drills.

- Liaise with local authorities for all EHS issues, Licence renewal and represent the RC/SICA and other relevant meetings.

- Manage all EHS incident and non-conformance investigations and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.

- Organize risk assessments, site inspections and industrial hygiene and environmental samplings as well as implement or direct risk reduction and control measures.

- Conduct and organize EHS audits, trainings, meetings and promotional programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge.

- Establishing EHS objectives & Targets and its management Programme for continual improvement.

- Contractor management on In-house & SDM (Shutdown Maintenance) activities.

- Should have strong awareness on Safety Case implementation as well as Mitigative Measures for Safety Critical Events (SCE) in Major Hazard Industries (MHI).

- Establish good communication with all level and function within the organization.

- Assist in the adhoc assignment or project assign by management.

- Spearhead continual improvement projects for HSE.

- Work with HSE department in organizing Annual Safety Campaign.

- Liaise with local authorities for all EHS issues, License renewal and represent the RC/SICA/SORT and other relevant meetings

Requirements:

- Degree , Diploma in Safety, Health and Environmental Management or any related discipline

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience handling safety responsibilities within HSE department.

- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience or Internship experience in the oil or petrochemical industry, preferably experienced in Jurong Island.

- Registered WSH Officer with MOM and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with SCDF preferred

- Well versed with Microsoft Office.

- Experience with ISO14001/ SS651(ISO45001) management systems.

- Knowledgeable in understanding and interpreting P&ID drawings.

The Sr. Risk Manager will be responsible for coordinating and building out business requirements for new, disruptive tech functionalities for external Selling Partners with the overall aim of helping worldwide Selling Partners to become and remain compliant in an efficient and scalable way. The candidate will work closely with Tech, Product, Legal, Selling Partner Experience (SPX), Storage, Supply chain and Business teams to build out internal technical capabilities that are required to scale processes and tech solutions into new marketplaces across the globe, they will also assist supporting the on-going operations of the Artifact Lifecycle program, reporting on various KPI metrics. Key job responsibilities

• Work on an initiative to collect the requirements / use cases for automation of artifact review processes (artifacts are documents, images used to make to determine if a product is safe / compliant for sale)
• Work with our compliance operations teams, and compliance program owners to understand how we determine what artifact processes exist manually today (e.g. what information is extracted, what information is used to decide if it valid or not)
• Collate these use cases into requirements and share them with tech
• Develop internal metrics to determine the effort / cost of existing operations work, and opportunity to automate.
• Develop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects within your ownership to key stakeholders, to ensure alignment is maintained across various WW teams
• Clear, precise, and regular communication with key stakeholders, including leadership, on ongoing project/program updates

Basic qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
• Experience in compliance, audit or risk management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience managing medium to high complexity cross-functional programs, including multiple groups of stakeholders and in an international environment.
• Experience working with Product teams to implement scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
• Extremely comfortable with ambiguity and comfortable on taking the lead to problem solve
• Ability to design processes that start with the customer and work backward.
• Experience with root cause analysis and process design.
• Strong delivery record.

Preferred qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
