• Support for the preparation of project proposals including financial, logistics and technical aspects

Reporting to the VP People Commercial this role will be a member of the Commercial HR team. In country, the role will have a dotted reporting line to China Country head and be part of the extended China leadership team. Additionally, the role will work closely with Rio Tinto Talent AoE team.

• Develop talent strategy for China aligned with RT strategic plan
