Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Driving Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to coaching and training the next generation of competent drivers. This role involves delivering high-quality driving instruction, ensuring that students not only acquire the necessary skills but also develop safe driving habits.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
• Overtime Pay: Available for additional hours worked

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct driving lessons for students, focusing on both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual student needs.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving abilities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on best practices in driver education and training methods.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
• Posses fast learning, determined and proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Minimum Class 3 driving license; Class 4 license preferred.
• Experience: At least three years of driving experience with no demerit points in the last 36 months.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE)
• Advanced Diploma in Kindergarten Education – Teaching (ADKET)
• Childcare Teacher - L1 / L2 (LON - EDCA)
• Infant Care Teacher - EY1 / EY2 / ACEY / HCIC / CIT / EYDF
• Assistant Teacher - FECCE or Relevant Experience

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning and implementing programs for young children
• Hold regular parent-teacher meetings to address children’s progress, issues, concerns, or parent complaints (if any)
• Observe, assess and document children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health
• Identify behavioral problems and develop appropriate strategies to address them
• Use various learning methods such as stories, games and drawings to intellectually stimulate children and their learning experiences
