• Negotiate payment plans and facilitate collections to maintain account health.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries related to credit and collections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective credit management.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Finance or related field
• Min 2 - 3 years of relevant experience would be advantageous
• Proficient in engaging with clients to facilitate effective debt recovery and resolution
