Key Responsibilities

• Develop key strategies and analyze business implications for key consumer market.

• Work with Brand Holder satellite teams (or BHs) to propose and create synergized marketing approaches across regions.
• Set the target and monitor the progress including transaction term/margins.

• Partner with RHQ leaders to define growth opportunities based on consolidated regional market performance/trend
• Build financial simulation to facilitate business decision
• Act as a S&OP control tower for the region

Requirements

• ~18 years of professional experience, with significant coverage in sales, marketing or business development
• Ideally with at least 5 years of middle management experience at international, luxury or beauty companies
• Strong comprehension of internal and external business environment and influences
• Significant experience in formulation of business and organisation strategies, financial analysis and risk/crisis management
• Highly adept at managing change, expansion and enterprise initiatives
• Excellent leadership abilities in communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

Duration: 6 months Contract

The Job

· Design, build and maintain financial and operational reports using Oracle EPM tool;

· Collaborate with the team to gather reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet organizational needs;

· Analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting;

· Support the configuration and optimization of Oracle EPM tool to meet business objectives;

· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the reporting processes;

· Provide recommendations for process improvements;

· Enhance and maintain documentation of the process;

· Assist the team for any ad-hoc requirements.

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

· Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

· Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent

· Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience, preferably in the insurance industry

· Preferably have experience with Oracle EPM tool, experience with other financial systems will be considered

· Strong proficiency in building and managing complex financial reports

· Familiarity with data analysis, financial processes and reporting
