Responsibilities:

• Assist with legal administrative tasks such as file management and e-filing of court papers related to wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Oversee and manage will and trust matters, including the drafting and execution of wills, estate administration, and the setup of trusts.
• Coordinate and manage the firm’s calendar, appointments, meetings, court schedules, and completion dates.
• Assist lawyers with drafting, editing, reviewing, proofreading, and assembling legal documents, including court documents.
• Manage both physical and electronic files, as well as the firm’s internal knowledge library.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Legal Studies, Law & Management, or an equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential.
• Training will be provided.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with both Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, mature-minded, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
