Responsibility & Tasks:

• Manage an existing book of institutional clients and wholesale partners with primary focus on Australia partners
• Fully understand the nature of a client’s business
• Build and maintain close relationships with senior key stakeholders relevant to Saxo
• Find potential opportunities within these organisations where Saxo’s solutions and services will be relevant to their business growth
• Be deeply involved in partner’s growth strategies, go-to-market plans, including sales and marketing initiatives
• Design joint growth plans together with key stakeholders at the partner organisation leveraging corresponding solutions and services at Saxo
• Track, enhance and deliver on partner growth plans
• Proactive involvement of specialist teams (solutions, products, sales trading, API, onboarding, compliance)
• Work with the Account Management team to constantly improve business processes and service levels

Competence Requirement:

• Degree holder with >10 years in the financial technology, brokerage, wealth management or investment space
• Candidates who already obtain CMFAS RES1B, RES2B, RES 5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP will have added advantage.
• Good understanding of retail wealth management, or retail brokerage businesses
• Able to manage relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority (CEO to working level)
• Solution oriented thinking with focus on leveraging technology, automation and scale
• Good understanding in liquid capital markets product, e.g. equities, futures, options, FX.
• Able to travel between Singapore and Australia on regular basis
• Competency in Australian wealth management or brokerage industries will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
• Update customer information in the database
• Note: Relevant training will be provided

About The Team

Our Recommendation Architecture Team is responsible for building up and optimizing the architecture for our recommendation system to provide the most stable and best experience for our TikTok users.

On the SRE team of Recommendation Architecture, you'll have the opportunity to sharpen your expertise in coding, performance analysis, large-scale system operation, and get heavily involved in the process of hardware/capacity decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Reliability and operation optimization for large-scale clusters of TikTok Recommendation System.

- Continuous integration and delivery of core services, optimizing the efficiency and automation of operation, and improving service stability and R&D efficiency.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning process that incorporates make versus buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, material and associated cost elements.
2. Performs analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage to develop and execute build to order and build to forecast plans. Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop best cost strategy for production planning to support customer demand.
3. Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and process that support inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control.
4. Establishes and manages production scheduling activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules. Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing, in conjunction with Finance, and inventory control system, capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future.
5. Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to meet the company's business growth and sourcing requirements. Identify, develop, and manage effective relationship with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets. Establish, implement, and manage system to evaluate, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
6. Coordinate and work with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery by establishing and monitoring schedule to proactively identify and address any issues.
7. Represents materials organization on corporate materials task force teams. Manages department budget, associated costs and resources.
