MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC

• To assist the Head of Department to maintain personal files, co-ordinate staff appraisals and other confidential works
• Responsible for typing of professional memos and correspondence
• Responsible for calendar of activities for professional development
• Responsible for requisition of internet access, name cards, name stamps, laptop etc for department
• Responsible for stationery order
• To assist in the preparation of training/teaching slides and other presentation slides
• To coordinate/assist in the development of training programmes for basic and advance programmes
• Booking of facilities
• To organise departmental meetings, minutes taking and ensure follow-up of outstanding matters
• Responsible for preparation of monthly report, updating of department funds and other funds

(B) GENERAL

• To provide admin support for overseas visitors
• To provide admin support for all courses, including preparation of course materials, feedback forms, certificates, liaison with external partners and registration
• Embrace continuous improvement as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Experience in administrative duties

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all creative aspects of a video.
  (Conceptualisation & scripting, pre-production, production, post-production).
• Pitch creative concepts and proposals and ensure all phases from initial planning to production are completed within established timelines and budgets.
• Work individually and guide other team members in the ideation & creative development of campaign deliverables.
• Ensure that key aspects of the video production are on track, such as video concept and storyboarding, crew selection and direction, art direction, audio design, and video editing.

Qualification/Experience

• Minimum five years of filmmaking experience.
• A proven track record in visual design or direction within film, TV, or advertising.
• The candidate must be self-motivated and extremely organised.
• Bachelor/Diploma in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies preferred.
• Good time management.
• Able to manage several projects at once, sometimes under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and verify aircraft engine parts for conformity to airworthiness criteria and technical specifications.
• Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and methods to conduct thorough inspections of engine components, modules, and accessories.
• Implement inspection techniques, analyze data, and apply lifecycle principles and risk-based approaches to support the inspection process.
• Carry out detailed visual and dimensional checks, identifying issues and recommending necessary repairs.
• Perform in-process evaluations to ensure components maintain proper condition and precise measurements.
• Communicate any discrepancies and document all inspection procedures and outcomes.
• Conduct final checks on engine parts to confirm repairs and modifications meet all required standards and technical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Engineering or Aerospace certification required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in inspecting aero engine components.
• Expertise in spotting and interpreting defects that could impact safety or quality.
• Proficient in using measurement tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.
• Strong understanding of inspection standards, methods, and lifecycle principles.
