As a content creation intern, you will support the HungryGoWhere editorial team to put together compelling content on the growing F&B scene — from food guides and recommendations, to reviews and human interest stories.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will pitch and develop stories such as food guides, trend pieces, news and human interest stories, through interviews and research, taking photos to accompany the articles where needed
• You will create video content for HungryGoWhere's social channels
• You will chase leads in the F&B sector and evaluate food-related news tip-offs for possible stories
• You will prepare the articles (with images, where applicable) for publication on the website and help in the management of social media
• You will pursue other stories, features and tasks assigned by the editorial team

While collaborating with customers, partners, and the wider ServiceNow sales team, the right candidate will create and communicate high-level architectures and strategies that are both written and verbal, to audiences up to and including the CIO/CTO level. The Enterprise Architect will elegantly articulate the advantage of ServiceNow being built on a single cloud platform consisting of a single user interface, one code base and one data model. The Enterprise Architect will also lead and participate in the delivery of workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions to existing customers and partners.

• Understand the business strategy of the customer and articulate how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value to their organization, seamlessly integrating into their current and future technology landscape
• Understand the detail behind the ServiceNow and platform of platforms architecture and communicate it at various levels
• Work with architecture development methods, modelling approaches and architecture patterns for integration
• Interact at multiple levels within a customer account (Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Directors, VPs, and CXOs) and maintain these relationships throughout their customer journey.
• Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal ServiceNow business units
• Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, etc

The team is responsible for owning the holistic post-sale Client Services relationship for Visa’s Global & Regional Sellers in Asia Pacific markets by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes and optimizing client performance.

The Sr. Consultant is a trusted client advocate and works proactively with their client portfolio to enable new capabilities and promote product adoption. The role requires a high level of professionalism, leadership and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of internal and client stakeholders.

This role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of Visa’s Client Success transformation by partnering closely with key Visa clients to maximize their benefits realization and value from Visa products through optimizing their performance. Working in conjunction with the Global & Regional Sellers’ Account Team, you will proactively drive Client Success outcomes. The individual will also define and deploy client support and service implementation strategies, including automated tools and capabilities to enhance the client experience, that drive value for our clients and support Visa’s strategy.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Oversee the implementation of new Visa products by coordinating key client and Visa teams to expedite implementation readiness activities and steer the client toward getting faster time to value and maximize adoption of deployed products.
• Ensure client operational goals and success metrics for their overall Visa product landscape are understood.
• Identify additional business opportunities for clients, drive value-added services and new payment flows to increase service quality as well as revenue.
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities to optimize client performance by monitoring client health and liaising with specialist Visa teams as needed.
• Build and sustain a trusted client advocate status with key client stakeholders by proactively executing against forward looking Client Success Plans, in alignment with the Global & Regional Sellers’ Account Team, to track client specific outcomes including a client’s adoption and performance of Visa products.
• Drive and deliver initiatives to improve client adoption of products and use of Visa’s self-service tools.
• Establish working relationships with Client Services and other cross-functional subject matter experts to orchestrate consultation to resolve complex client issues and optimize client performance.
• Lead periodic operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders.
• Showcase operational excellence by supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve the Client experience, incorporating automated solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
• As applicable, coordinate with global, regional and/or in-market Client Success team members to maintain a continuous 360-degree view of the Client and deliver a consistent operational relationship experience.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
