Job Description:

This is a full role for an Accountant (Consolidated Accounts) located in Ubi Road. Our client is the automotive industry in Singapore. You will take the responsibilities of assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for preparing financial and audit analysis schedules, as well as supporting the yearly budget preparation. Additionally, the position requires helping to consolidate accounts, including those of foreign subsidiary companies. Other finance-related tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting system
• At least 3 years’ accounting experience including consolidation of group accounts

Key job responsibilities
As a business development leader for Retail & Consumer Goods at AWS, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver the strategy and solutions in sectors including health, beauty, fashion, apparel, grocery, drug, convenience, and consumer durables. You will lead engagements with customer executives, working backwards from their corporate goals to identify how AWS can help transform their enterprise. You will also work with customer account teams to understand and overcome specific hurdles our customers face. You will provide thought-leadership to help solve the biggest challenges in the industry. Finally, you will build ways to track customer impact, and use your experience to help scale the AWS Retail & Consumer Goods value proposition.
In this role you will work with cross-functional teams as part of the program delivery and development. This includes corporate business development, solutions architects, marketing, ISV and SI partners, professional services, sales enablement, and sales operations.

The ideal candidate will have a business development or consulting background, experience selling and implementing large-scale projects, a track record of thought leadership in Retail and/or Consumer Goods and a strong understanding of the technology landscape. Basic qualifications

• Extensive technical sales or business development, management consulting, product management, and solutions development experience
• Retail and/or Consumer Goods industry thought-leader as demonstrated in market

Preferred qualifications

• Technology Management Consulting: Prior experience leading management consulting and/or technology implementations in the industry, either as a vendor or as an enterprise customer. Not just selling – detailed technical delivery.
• Products and Solutions: Experience with software and product development practices and fundamentals of cloud computing including data, analytics, AI, ML, Generative AI, storage, distributed compute.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion, aligned with client and authority requirements.

• To carry out thorough review and verify all project-related drawings (including working drawings, shop drawings, authority submission drawings, and as-built drawings) and specifications for all Works.
• Promptly identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues before the commencement and throughout the progression of Electrical, Fire Protection System, Plumbing & Sanitary, Sump Pumps, Lightning Protection System Installation and other M&E works on site.
• To carry out construction supervision of Mechanical & Electrical works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site. Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
• To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems.
• Maintain daily site records and submit weekly progress report with photographs to the Consultants.
• To proactively highlight issue and any unusual site findings to the Consultant/Project Lead to ensure solutions or directions are given in a timely manner.
