About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join suntown pte. ltd. as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). As an HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to our business, providing tailored HR solutions to support our growing teams. This is a full-time role based in our downtown office in the Central Region.
What you'll be doing
1. Recruitment and selection:
- Responsible for the publishing of recruitment notice, resume screening, interview arrangement and recruitment decision-making.
- Establish a talent pool and reserve to provide talent support for enterprise development.
2. Training and development:
- Design and implement employee training plans, including new employee induction training, job skills training, career development training, etc.
3. Salary and welfare management:
- Participate in the formulation and adjustment of the company's remuneration and welfare policies to ensure that the remuneration given is competitive and fair.
- Responsible for employee salary accounting, distribution and preparation of related reports.
- Handle employee social insurance, Central Provident Fund and other welfare procedures, and handle employee welfare-related questions.
6. System and process construction:
- Formulate and improve various administrative management systems and work processes of the enterprise to ensure the systemizing of enterprise operations.
- Revise and optimize the company’s system and process according to the needs of enterprise development.
7. Document and archive management:
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and issuing various official documents of the enterprise to ensure the quality and standardization of official documents.
- Establish and improve the archive management system, and standardize the collection, sorting, archiving, viewing and other processes of archives.
- Manage enterprise archives, including personnel archives, contract archives, document archives, etc., to ensure that the archives are safe, complete and easily accessible when required.
What we're looking for
1. Proficient in Chinese and English to work in a bilingual environment
2. Ability to communicate effectively
2. Familiar with talent recruitment, training and career advancement planning
3. Good at salary gauging and work evaluation
4. Ability to build and lead a team effectively
5. 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar generalist HR role
