Shall provide Data Centre (DC) operations at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer. The DC Operations shall cover the following:

DC Environment Support

(c)Shall ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.

(d)Shall work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer.

(e)Shall plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties, obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.

(f)Shall obtain the Customer’s approval before finalizing the plan for any activity.

(g)Shall provide on-site support during the maintenance activities unless otherwise agreed by the Customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate or equivalent, preference will be given to those who hold degree in the field of Information Technology and have done courses related to Banking/Information technology.

Who you are

• Strong SEO specialist with 5-7+ years of experience
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, including proven SEM experience with PPC campaigns on Google (Yahoo and Bing a plus)
• As we’ll be working across in key SEA markets, native speakers (A must in at least one of the following Asian languages) and comfortable with conducting keyword research in other non-native languages using English seed lists and translation tools. Bahasa (for Malaysia and Indonesia), Thai, Vietnamese.
• Ability to set client roadmaps, prioritise activity, and explain your prioritisations
• Identifying and executing Organic strategies that deliver results. Identifying keywords/categories we need to target, not just thinking about search volume and difficulty, ensuring we are laddering up to our clients overarching business goals
