Purpose of Job

This position is responsible for the tactical planning and lead the development of facilities / asset management strategy in support of the workspace (research and office) needs.

Job Requirements:

· Possess at least 15 years or more of relevant experience in either construction management and / or asset portfolio management related fields

· Background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, prefered Registered Professional Engineer and not a prerequisite with at least 7 years of experience in managing Biosafety Level Laboratory (R&D) space planning and development.

Being a Technology Risk Officer requires excellent project management and coordination skills together with a foundation in Technology Risk and broad understanding of the firm’s business and information security policies.

Principal Responsibilities
