As a FECOS Inventory Control – Probe/PC at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the FECOS Probe team and PC (Production Control) team. These teams are primarily responsible to help to improve Probe and Non-Productive Wafers (NPW) Operations planning and execution within the tactical horizon window.

You will be responsible for collaborating with Front End Manufacturing Inventory output and Probe stakeholders to deliver probe tactical solutions and BKM sharing across the network as well as management of NPW to meet output plan at lowest cost. · Ensure alignment of WW Production Operations to close gaps to benchmark in cycle time. Work in close partnership with MFG sites and supply chain to install correct countermeasures and insure their continuity into the future.

· Develop and track metrics regarding Fab Production Operations performance. Ensure plans are in place to drive key factory metrics to industry-leading performance.

· Create an environment with your group that encourages innovation and technical leadership.

Tactical Leadership

· Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical group deliverables to business. · Establish weekly projection plans and step goals and monitor probe/NPW performance to control variance of plan.
