• Handle effectively any kind of customer complaints being verbal or written and report to managers without fail.

Requirements

• Any Certificates or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business or its' equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a bartender may be considered.
• Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service.
• Familiar with restaurant point of sales and cashiering procedures is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and suggest classic and innovative beverages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Architechure Designer

• Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
• Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
• Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation team

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm

Responsibilities:

• Review account opening for both individual and entity.
• Conduct periodic Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews of existing clients, perform Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) and ensure overall compliance with procedural standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/ Finance/ Business Management as well as certification in ACAMS or ICA.
• 3 years of working experience in Securities/ Private Banking firms.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Corporate CDD/AML, preferably with relevant experience in reviewing complex trust structure and complex fund investment an added advantage
