One year renewable contract
1. To perform frontline diagnostic of problem and attend to end user at desk on IT related issues from the incident ticket raised by the end users.
2. To assist and support on network printers and VIP’s printers related issue such as create/modify print queue.
3. To assist and support on Webex Conferencing Video/Audio such as connectivity and accessibility to the end users.
4. To assist on system administration for onboarding and offboarding of domain users on credential account creation and disabled. Password creation, reset and unlock from the Active Directory only.
5. To perform day to day assignment and creation of equipment (desktop and laptops) from the asset management tool, Glpi where deployment guide and coaching will be enabled to the Resident Engineers by Customer.
6. To perform License Management Tracking from the Glpi management tool.
7. To perform support on iPhone such as deploy + install / uninstall of application. Basic troubleshooting.
8. To attempt support activities for after business hour support for VIP users (Adhoc – Remote support or Onsite support needed if requires hardware intervention) – Weekend and Public Holidays as well.
9. To follow the SOP and escalation process given by Customer as well as able to communicate well with VIP users.
Contract is 1 year and renewable
