• Provide support to the legal team, with a focus on contracts or compliance matters
• Administer and maintain databases of legal documents and agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent

Job description

We are looking for full time Cleaner to cover multiple clinics on alternating days. You will ensure a welcoming, clean, and sanitary environment for our patients and staff and your work will play a key role in upholding the hygienic standards and aesthetic appeal of our space.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the facilities (i.e. imaging rooms and day surgery, reception and waiting areas, corridors, etc.)

• Sweep , mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean
• Regularly ensure the bins are cleared
• Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, mirrors, and other fixtures
• Ensure that all high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, etc.) are disinfected regularly
• Replenish supplies, including toiletries, towels, and hand sanitizers, in the facility
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of storage areas where cleaning supplies and equipment are kept
• Assist with special cleaning tasks as assigned (e.g. deep cleaning, window washing, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Previous Janitorial or housekeeping experience ideally in a medical or clinic facility
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Attention to details and the ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform duties
• Attentive and able to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and patients

Working day and time:

• 5.5 days per week

5 Day Full time 44hr shift work that includes Sunday.

You must be able to travel and work at the assigned outlet locations.
