Playing a huge role in operations

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. Having superb organisational skills will be vital to this role because you’ll make road maps on how to smooth out the daily operations of the designated sites. Job Description

1) Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
2) Ensure that works are executed in accordance to specifications.
3) Coordinate with all M&E subcontractors to resolve all technical problems in order to achieve the desired overall project objective.
4) Work together with other project team members to coordinate/resolve technical issues.
5) Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions.

Requirement

1) Minimum 3 years of experience as M&E Engineer in construction related field
2) Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or degree in relevant subject.

• The Geologist will be primarily responsible for planning, supervising or assessing the geological/geotechnical aspects of construction activities such as soil investigation, bored piling and excavation.
• His expertise ensures that geological factors are adequately addressed
• to guarantee quality, safety and stability.
• Site Investigation
• Supervise soil investigation work.
• Conduct geological surveys and site assessments to identify soil, rock, and groundwater conditions.
• Check the record of investigation work for accuracy and adequacy.
• Foundation Assessment
• Assess subsurface conditions to check adequacy for structure foundations.
• Provide recommendations for excavation, piling, or other ground improvement techniques.
• Identify potential geological hazards and propose strategies to minimize risks during construction.
• Develop contingency plans for unforeseen geological challenges.
• Collaboration with Design Teams
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to integrate geological data into design and construction plans.
• Suggest modifications based on geological findings to enhance project safety and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to geology and construction.
• Prepare detailed reports, including maps, diagrams, and findings from geological investigations.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to geological recommendations.
• Address geological issues that arise during excavation, tunnelling, or other construction processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology,
• With certificate in Site Investigation for Supervisors (BCA), SEC(K) higher Skill is an advantage with 8 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong and determined quality focus with indefatigable determination to get the job done.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in contract and QS
• Preferably with experience in the Construction industry
• Preferably with 5 years and above of experience in a related field
• Master/Bachelor Degree in Maths and Science or science and Engineering

• Supervise all engineering works, restricted activities civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical works carried out by the Contractors, SWCs, etc for all Works within the Railway Protection Zone
