• Assess the effectiveness of in-house HSE training programs and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and update databases and consultation documents related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with OH&S policies, risk assessments, and work procedures. Participate in client, company, and external audits as needed.
• Gather and document evidence to close out actions from investigation reports, CPARs, and ISO audits.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma and above in an Engineering / HSE or related field.
• Must be registered as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Certifications in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are preferred.
