The Technical Network Lead will be responsible for maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. The role will perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, and will manage tasks, such as managing team performance, working closely with vendors and team to resolve issues and running outage calls to resolve problems. Responsibilities

Network projects: The role will be responsible for working on and support global network projects from both planning, hands-on implementation and supporting project teams on various technical projects.

Technical Leadership: Act as the technical authority for network services, providing guidance and support to the Network team and clients. Lead the design, implementation, and support of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. Develop technical documentation, including network diagrams, policies, and procedures. Work closely with the Infrastructure Architecture Team on new solutions being proposed and how to incorporate those into the operational model.
