RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Golf Manager in the daily operations of the Golf Department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Oversee the Golf Office operations, balancing members' golfing needs with revenue generation goals.
• Supervise Golf Operations Assistants and Customer Service Officers to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
• Ensure adequate staffing during course operating hours to provide excellent service.
• Assist in training staff to enhance efficiency while optimizing labor costs.
• Coordinate and manage golf events, including tournaments and association-related activities.
• Plan, organize, and prepare for tournaments and events held at the club.
• Attend relevant meetings such as sub-committee sessions and disciplinary hearings as needed.
• Facilitate workshops and Courtesy Rounds for members within approved schedules.
• Prepare and maintain monthly golf operation statistics.
• Assist in executing corporate events and partnerships to boost revenue.
• Ensure golf buggies are well-maintained and operational.
• Assist in preparing the annual golf fixtures.
• Maintain and update the Golf Department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience in relevant industry
• Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Skills (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
• Willingness to work weekends

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:

· Ensure the execution of the capital project on processes, equipment, plant facilities are compliance with the Safety and GMP policies, procedures, standards, and statutory requirement

· Deliver projects independently on time, on budget and in scope.

· Manage project capital and expense cash flow budgets.

· Manage project cost status-raise Purchase Orders, process invoices on a timely manner

· Provide timely project status review

· Manage key portfolios in Project Management Office such as Capital Planning, Site Master Planning, Shutdown Planning, Drawings Management and Metrics Reporting.

Major Responsibilities:

· Implement plant continuous improvement projects and cost saving efforts.

· Conduct Risks Assessment (RA), develop work Method Statements (MS) and Safety Work Procedure (SWP)

· Manage reward and recognition and employee engagement programs in the organization.

· Manage various improvement programs and workstreams in the plant, track and report benefits of projects.

· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil / Geotechnical Engineering

· At least 10 years relevant experience in tender and project management for civil, marine, infrastructure projects
