This is a client facing / delivery role, working on cloud operations in the delivery team. You will execute daily cloud operations as well as cloud implementations in technical customer engagements including basic operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or pilots in Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery roles and success in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team. The candidate should also be able to provide solutions and technical expertise to fellow team members and in client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate a cloud infrastructure

As part of the Data Operations team you'll play a central role in enhancing the user experience. We work in a fast paced, dynamic, technology focused environment. As an Annotation Analyst, you'll annotate data which can be both audio and visual and evaluate data from customers who have opted in to the grading program. You'll use your language and cultural knowledge, along with analytical skills, to evaluate responses and information against guidelines. Your flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks is essential. We focus on the user experience, thinking creatively on how customers use our products and use this knowledge for improvements. Position Summary:

As a Materials Planner at Lam, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring the materials and products used by the Account team. Ensure that the region doesn't run out of the materials/parts needed to support our customers. Portfolio includes managing the flow of inventory and make sure products are properly shipped to customers. Partnering with the Account team, you set up a business process for determining proper stocking and replenishment level and representing the region to the corporate to get the required stock.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner the Account team to understand the business requirements (demand forecast drivers) to determine proper stocking and replenishment level. Represent the region to the corporate team to get the required resources
• Work with external customers, internal account team and field service personnel to determine replenishment systems/processes, issue and receipt procedures, required inventory control policies and procedures, management information system to support material availability control and distribution to the Field
• Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material and reduce aging material
• From historical usage develop and maintain plan for every part. Use the plan for every part data to update and maintain SAP for forecasting purposes.
• Develop and enforce business processes and work flows to enable efficient and effective operations
• Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent, Incumbents with no prior experience are welcome to apply
