• Previous exposure to Channels & APIs including internet banking, mobile, API and H2H knowledge will be advantages.
• Good to have PMP, Prince2, Agile certification.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain
• Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

• Client onboarding experience, either in product owner, manager, or T&O equivalent roles
• External API functional and technical experience, regional API rollouts.
• Performance metrics and challenges in past projects either at banks, Fintech or eCommerce org

Job scope:

Responsible for implementing business plans relating to staff control, handles people issues, performs store-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back office support. He/she is responsible for the recruitment, training and motivating staff, and assisting the outlet manager in day-to-day activities of an outlet.

· Coordinate daily roster and supervise attendance

· Supervise and coordinate, pre-meal meeting conducted with staff daily

· Project and order required supplies

· Provide co-ordination and services for both kitchen and service.

· Provide suggestions or develop new SOP to improve on operation.

· In-charge of recruitment, selection and training of new hires

· Monitor and manage the staff performance including punctuality, customer service and food quality

· In-charge of overall supervision of the outlet/restaurant

· Facilitate innovation and lead staff to implement change

· Manage an efficient team of service staff by coach, training, and supervising staff to operate stations and deliver a great customer experience

· Ensure and maintain service quality and professional etiquette

· Customer feedback management

• PC literate and proficient in ACCPAC software
• Hardworking, meticulous, responsible and able to multi-task
• Able to work independently, has initiative and able to work well with all levels of management & staffs
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
• At least 3 years of relevant experience; with construction project background and able to start on short notice or immediate will have an added advantage
• Able to start work immediately / within short notice will be an advantage.
