Job Description:

• Position: Dental Assistant (1 position available)
• Contract Duration: 3 months (convertible to permanent)
• Salary: $2,200/month (no experience required) , Experience up $2,700/month
• Post-Conversion Salary: Possible increase of $0 to $200, plus a clinic incentive of approximately 10% of basic salary.

Working Hours:

• Monday: 12:00 PM - 9:45 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 9:45 PM
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM

Job Scope for Dental Assistant:

• Assist the dentist during treatments and procedures.
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop X-rays (if required).
• Prepare patients and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain records.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and stock dental supplies.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee database management activities, including upgrades, patching, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure database backup, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning are in place and regularly maintained.
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation for all database management activities.
• Establish and enforce database standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB and SQL Server.
• Oracle database is nice to have.
• Experience in scripting, query tuning, and optimization.
• Familiarity with system development and integration processes.
• Experience in banking/financial industry is a definite advantage.
• Strong client facing skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving database issues.
