Responsibilities:

• Implements and manages security measures for the protection of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• Manages user identities and access controls using Azure Active Directory and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Conducts regular system audits, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure optimal operation and resource utilization
• Monitors the Microsoft 365 environment for security incidents and respond to security alerts
• Collaborates with IT security teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures for Microsoft 365
• Conducts vulnerability assessments and regular security audits to identify and mitigate risks
• Manage data governance and loss prevention strategies within the Microsoft 365 environment
• Leads security-focused projects related to Microsoft 365, such as secure migrations, threat protection implementations, and security awareness training initiatives
• Tracks and reports on key operational metrics to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365's security administration with proven track record as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, security specialization
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online Protection, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and other security-related Microsoft 365 services and advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 services with a strong emphasis on security features and tools
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, threat models, and best practices
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for security automation and configuration
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert with a security focus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure in response to security threats

The KK Genetic Service is looking for a Genetic Counsellor to complement the work of doctors in the delivery of care to patients, who have a personal or family history of birth defects or genetic disorders, by providing information and support to these patients and their families. The Genetic Counsellor is also responsible for coordinating research projects carried out in the centre.

Job Scope:

• Conduct intake of information from patients, construct a complete pedigree, obtain appropriate medical histories, organize and present the pertinent medical and genetic information to the health care team.
• Apply his/her knowledge of genetics and genetic disorders to effectively convey genetic, medical and technical information to the patient.
• Identify family dynamics and emotional responses from the patient.
• Help patients understand the medical aspects of the genetic condition, as well as the psychological and familial implications of genetics.
• Provide patients with information on options that are available such as genetic testing, disease management and prevention, and facilitate the patient's decision-making in a non-directive manner.
• Provide patients with resources for support and opportunities in research programs existing in the medical community.
• Coordinate genetic testing for patients and families, including liaising with the respective genetic laboratories, arranging the testing, following up on results and discussion of results with patients.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Genetic Counselling or equivalent
