The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process for the Company. Responsibilities

1. Vendor qualification, relationships and negotiation

• Source & procure materials, equipment & sub-contractor services that comply with Energetix’s and industry’s codes, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to carry out due diligence to qualify materials, equipment & sub-contractor services to be included on Energetix’s approved vendor list (AVL).
• Negotiate favourable contract terms and conditions including Master Supply Agreements for major and fast-moving materials.

2. Material & resource planning

3. Project-level management

• Maintain database of current information for all components including but not limited to modules, inverters, structures, blocks, cables, connectors and consumables.
• Coordinate supply chain activities with Project Management team to align activities with project schedules.

4. Warehousing & logistics

• Coordinate with external warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory updates
• Oversee internal stores and warehouse management, including material withdrawal for projects & materials availability checks
• Work with warehouse operation team to maintain accurate of book-to-physical integrity through regular cycle count and accurate receiving and withdrawal.

The Head of Treasury is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's treasury operations, FX trade processes, and financial risk management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Research and generate trade ideas which translate to buying and selling stocks, securities, and other financial instruments.

2. ⁠Research on portfolio risk and ultimately profitability of portfolio.

3. Carry out daily, monthly and quarterly market reports & forecast to Senior Management and external stake holders.

4. Carry out daily, monthly and quarterly portfolio performance to Senior Management and external stake holders.

5. Assist in the review of NAV reports from Fund Administrator and submission of monthly trade files.

6. Conduct research, development and back test on quantitative or fundamental strategies.

7. Work with team to develop/improve AI solutions to predict market trend and optimise portfolio performance.

8. Extend support to marketing and investor relation functions, website, brochure and marketing materials.

9. Source for government loans and grants available in the industry.

10. Provide updates from regulators and tax authority.

11. Other ad hoc administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, etc) with proven academic achievement and clear ability to handle data and perform quantitative analysis

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

3. Proficient with programming in Python, C/C++ or Java.

4. Rich experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning framework, such as Tensorflow and PyTorch.

5. In-depth knowledge on latest NLP technologies and experience in NLP model development.

6. Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Finance knowledge is not required, while strong passion in investment is a plus.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent with 10 years experience in banking and financial sector
• Experience establishing standards and procedure for product, migration and regulatory projects
• Strong functional knowledge on Capital Market and assets class like Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Trading, Risk Management, Front, Middle and Back-office operation for multi-asset trading
• Strong knowledge on ETL, Big Data, Hadoop, Python, Spark
