Infant Care Role:

• Maintain constant observation and supervision of all infants and toddlers throughout operating hours.
• Evaluate child’s development and progress.
• Provide routine care according to a schedule while catering to the individual needs of each infant and toddler.
• Routine activity includes changing of diapers, feeding, bathing, washing, napping, and any other activities as required and in accordance with ECDA guidelines.
• Document all monitored activities for each child and maintain such records.
• Plan and conduct engaging activities for the children, encouraging exploration and creativity.

Childcare Role:

• Establish and enforce rules of behaviour for children in their classrooms.

The Customer Service Executive is part of the customer service team running the order-to-cash flow, with key focus on ensuring internal and external customers are taken care of in a timely manner. Other working partners include other functions within the office, 3PL warehouse and so on.

Job Description:

• Hands-on processing and ownership of full order-to-cash function for varied customers across Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Pakistan for a start, but not limited to.
• Ensure timely booking of customer orders (issuance of PI/contracts) in line with SLA to customer.
• Managing letters of credit (LCs) and ensuring compliance when negotiating through bank.
• Communicate updates to customers in any event of adjustments to supplies/shipment schedules. Have good understanding for First Expire First Out (FEFO) rule on inventory utilization, as well as shelf-life & expiry dates of materials
• Review allocation plans with countries where needed and issue pick lists to our 3rd party warehouse
• Responsible for clean shipping documents for drop shipments from our production plants.
• Meticulous preparation of final set of shipping documents in line with customer and/or LC
• requirements, for submission to bank.
• Ensure all necessary documents are available (invoices, CN/DN, freight bills, etc.) and submitted to finance at month end.
• Communicate order status to country sales teams on periodic basis.
• Ad hoc tasks/duties that may be assigned as and when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• Experience in managing OTC for customers around the region
• Possess strong working knowledge and negotiation of Letters of Credit via banks.
• Understands a variety of other payment terms such as open account, D/P (Documents against Payment), D/A (Documents against Acceptance), T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
• Have experience in SAP R3 or S4 Hana.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

The Engineering Manager will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team to provide high quality design and engineering knowledge and effective project management skills to support the ongoing project activities, and to provide the complete analysis and design tasks as assigned the company Management. Planning and conducting engineering projects of a complex nature in order to meet client requirements. Leading and supporting winning of new work, developing client relationships and enhancing Surbana Jurong and SMEC’s market brand.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Leading and managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams that are responsible for Energy & Power projects design and/or design review;
• Ensure project delivery with highest quality and on time, in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, specifications requirements and applicable codes & standards.
• Drive the execution of engineering projects from conception to delivery, overseeing the development process, setting clear goals, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Responsible for the development, approval and implementation of the Engineering Project Execution Plan (PEP), follow through the project execution until completion and close out.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, specifications, construction plan etc., to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulatory requirements and prudent utility best practices.
• Manage engineering-related risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to avoid or minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Identify, track and manage all changes in the Engineering Scope of Work, schedule and execution methodology on the project, and ensure that all changes are promptly captured through the Change Management process. • Ensuring that engineering teams are adequately resourced, developed and equipped to meet business needs. Overseeing planning and control process in the engineering teams, conducting regular reviews to ensure that the teams are delivering work according to the customer and company requirements.
• Supporting business development and proposal preparation works as necessary.
• To undertake other assignment from the Management from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Engineering degree from reputable university, Master degree holder will have added advantage.
• At least 20 years post graduate working experience in power generation industry with proven track record at least with power plant design, construction and consultancy works.
• Experience as Engineering Manager with GT/CCGT/thermal power plant design is a must. Candidate with other renewable energy (solar, wind, biogas, biomass, WTE etc) project experience will have added advantage.
• Competent in power plant detailed engineering and design work procedures and processes, with strong technical knowledge and expertise in power plant engineering and operation principles, standards and practices.
• Proven track record of mentoring and supervising technical staff, with strong engineering fundamentals, technical and project management skills.
• Familiar with the role of EPC engineering design, Owner’s Engineer (OE), Project Management Consultant (PMC) and other technical advisory and consultancy works.
• Conversant in API, IP, NEC, IEEE, IEC, NFPA NEMA,ASME and ANSI codes & standards.
• Registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC) with Board of Engineers Malaysia is preferred, or other professional engineering regulatory body.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse and multi-disciplinary environment, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a multidisciplinary engineering team.
