Job Descriptions
The Associate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
· Preparing full set accounts for a portfolio of clients
· Preparing statutory financial statements and relevant supporting schedules
· Supporting outsource processing functions such as generating sales invoices and credit notes and processing vendor invoices, expense claims and payments
· Generating reports, including AR aging, P&L, balance sheets
· Preparing GST returns and basic tax computations
· Liaising with clients and answering simple queries
Job Requirements
· Diploma in accountancy or business with a strong interest in accounting
· Great attitude and takes initiative
· 1 to 4 years experience
· Fresh diploma graduates with an interest in developing a career in accounting are also welcome to apply
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Competent in using MS Excel and Word
· Knowledge of accounting software e.g Xero and Moneyworks would be an advantage
· Understanding the various manpower regulations of Singapore would be an advantage
