Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping

• Recording and maintaining business's financial transactions (AR/AR), update ledger and data entry

• Payment issuance, processing and filing

• Handle claims and reimbursement

• Schedule bank transactions and issue pay slips

• Track and reconcile accounts monthly statements, bank reconciliation

• Performing administrative support during budget or any accounts preparation

• Managing invoices, support in duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Handle any other administrative duties as assigned by Management

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service

· Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction

· Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback

· Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment

· Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch

· To assist in making cold-calls to customers

· Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition

· Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

· Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record

· Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative

· Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented

· Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities

· Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities

· Willing to work retail hours (split shift work, weekends and public holidays)

· Passionate about the beauty and service industry

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Job Description

Salary range: starting from 156,000-216,000 SGD per annum + RSUs

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our efforts in integrating and optimising national payment scheme integrations across the APAC region. This role will focus on expanding Wise’s reach through new payment scheme integrations while continuously improving the performance of existing scheme integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Understand customer needs: Build an understanding of how payment schemes impact our customers, and use this understanding to drive product decisions.
• Determine which payment schemes in APAC Wise should integrate with: Work with internal teams, regulators, and payment scheme operators in order to build a multi-year roadmap of which payment schemes Wise should be connected to.
• Integrate with payment schemes: Alongside engineering leads, you’ll be leading technical integrations with payment schemes.
• Monitor and optimise: Use data to track the performance of integrations and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the scheme integration.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in payment systems: An understanding of payments across product, technical, and commercial aspects. Ideal: experience with 'account-to-account' payments.
• Product management expertise: Proven track record of leading end-to-end product initiatives, from ideation to delivery.
• A knack for project management: This is not a project manager role, but payment scheme integrations have many moving parts and you will be accountable for the team’s success.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to use data to make informed decisions and track performance metrics.
• Customer focus: A passion for building products that solve real customer problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with payment scheme integrations
• Experience in fintech or a high-growth tech company.
• The ability to write SQL

Cloud Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

In this role, you will work closely with sales teams and potential clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges. They leverage their deep technical knowledge to design tailored solutions that demonstrate the value and capabilities of the company’s products or services.

You Will:

· Communicates and translates complex technical requirements into competitive proposal that addresses business needs
Customer advocate to provide technical insights on any application development projects and requirements.

· More than 10 years of relevant IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in architecture and design of complex systems using modern technologies such as Microservices, Agile development.

· Design overall application framework including tools, technology, API, system and application software via agile methodology.

· Integrate and implement with third party products, Enterprise solutions and vendor solutions for PreSales and Business Requirements.

· Device application development solutions new initiatives and bring in new Solution portfolio.

· Support development team on technology usage and implementation.

· Participate in decision making process around technology strategy, conduct analysis on technical viability of solutions and provide guidance on delivery of complex projects.

· Conduct research around best practices and/or new concepts/third party tools and to adequately communicate and present such created solutions.

You Bring:

· Bachelor’s of Engineering or equivalent with Minimum of 10 years work experience in complex application project, delivery management and/or leading solutions

· Experience in design Cloud native, Event based, and Microservice Architecture

· End-to-End Enterprise Architecture understanding, including Enterprise Java Stack (JEE), JAVA spring boot, Rich UI and Front-End technologies (ReactJS, Kony, etc.), mobile applications (Android and iOS), Middleware technologies (Tibco, Solace, Kafka, Active MQ etc.), Databases.

· Experienced working in a cloud native work environment, spring cloud data, Spring Security, OAuth, service monitoring on cloud, PaaS environment such as Pivotal, Kubernetes

· Good to have Microsoft tech stack. E.g. .NET Core. C#

· Experience with web application and database design considerations.

· Experience in designing CI/CD pipeline for code and config development and deployments.

· Able to apply design concepts - layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging and patterns.

· Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills

* AI and Data Engineering concepts
* Certifications with major Cloud AWS,Azure and GCP.
* Familiar with Government / IHIS / Enterprise related practices like IM8, GCC 2.0, GCC+, HCC, etc
