The Laboratory Officer will be responsible for the efficient operation of the vapor deposition lab, focusing on both physical vapor deposition (PVD) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) techniques. Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration & Finance, or a related field.

Internship Period: Jan - Jun 2025

The role will cover daily support for the Strategic Planning, Performance and Sustainability Office

 Project Management: Plan, manage, and develop contents for regional projects and leadership engagement activities

 Market intelligence: Development of market intelligence platform, management of database, analysis of market intel, development of analysis tools, development of reliable data

 Strategic planning: Engage with business lines to understand growth targets, expansion plans, and enablers to achieve; Analyze resources needs to ensure maximization of ROI

 Business planning: Liaise with APMEA stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are completed, analysis of business operations, financial and competitive data

 Sustainability: Support the data analysis, project deployment and framework development process

 Mergers, acquisition, and integration: Support the due diligence process and the integration of new companies

 Strategic analysis: Develop frameworks, perform analysis and reviews on Sodexo’s business portfolio across >22 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, and South America

 Organization re-design: Development operating models, organization structure and change management materials

Visiting Consultants are appointed in their area of expertises to teach, impart skills in their clinical domain knowledge and to provide consultation, professional advice and clinical services needed by the Department.

• Be in active clinical practice;
• Possess a basic medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school;
• Postgraduate qualification relevant to the department's specialty or nature of operations; and
• Must be registered with the Singapore Medical Council and must be accredited as Specialist by the Specialist Accreditation Board, Ministry of Health

• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc., acting as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for content creation and distribution.
• Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, taking ownership of campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content, serving as the lead strategist for social media engagement.
• Maintain and update the company website with new content, products, and promotions, taking on the role of website administrator and chief content curator.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement, spearheading influencer partnerships and outreach efforts.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO),assuming the role of lead campaign manager and strategist.
• Utilize graphic design tools like Canva to create visual assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns, acting as the primary designer and creative director.
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed, stepping into the role of acting Head of Marketing and providing guidance and direction to other team members as necessary.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities, serving as the chief analyst and insights generator for marketing strategy development
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Implement new tactics and techniques to stay ahead of competitors and improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related areas.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).

1. To liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate the work progress such as LTA TM, RAML, ITSC, Town Councils, PUB, SPPG, SP PowerGas, NParks, Starhub & Singtel, M1, Verizon etc.

2. Report directly to Construction Managers.

3. Review, plan and schedule the site activities for diversion work.

4. To coordinate with client on any discrepancy on the drawings or specification

5. To conduct site inspection from time to time.

6. To coordinate subcontractor meeting.

7. To obtain approval and official submission from relevant authorities pertaining to the work.

8. To mointor all excavation related work related with utility.

Main Responsibilities:

• Register patients, attend to phone calls, schedule appointments and follow ups.
• Prepare and dispense medications and consumables
• Payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
• Arranges logistics for prescribed tests
• Updating of medical billings/invoices
• Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
• Assist Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
• Providing high quality patient care service experience
• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic
• Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night) and weekends

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 1:00pm ; 2.30pm to 5:00pm
• Saturday : 9:00am to 1:30pm

Requirements:

• Singaporean/ PR
• Experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage. Otherwise training is provided.
• Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Dialects such as Hokkein, Cantonese.
• Computer-literate. Able to operate MS Word, MS Excel, and digital healthcare apps.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance and Investigation team and ensure compliance investigation process is appropriately conducted.
• Proactively assist the business with identifying appropriate remedial and preventative actions to prevent a re-occurrence and to understand trends and to analyse and report on such trends.
• Provide advice and support to internal parties including Senior Management and HODs of Corporate Office with related to litigation risk management, dispute resolution, settlement strategy, indemnities and other contract concerns as requested.
• Prepare reports of compliance findings, analytics and corrective actions for Senior Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a Degree with minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates with Accounting background will be preferred.
