• Improve manufacturing and technological processes continuously to achieve Best in Class Operations. Lead all departmental continuous improvement.

• Schedule production activities in accordance to customers’ requirements

• Manage the various manufacturing activities of the plant and ensure compliance to QEHS and other requirements

• Monitor and improve manufacturing yield and efficiency

• Build good rapport with customers through timely feedback on product quality performance as well as customer’ requirements such as assisting customer to perform evaluation

• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

• Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant work experience

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in plastics injection molding sector will be advantageous

Staff Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and testing of the SDK on SoC devices and emulation platforms.

• Work within MCU software development team, Architecture team and SOC Design team on MCU software development and test activities.

• Responsible for extending the hardware adaptation layer (HAL) and device drivers of the SDK to new platforms as well as enhancing its features and content. The candidate will be involved in the extension of the SDK to cover new MCU members of the family as they become available.
