MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Test / Inspect / Braze / Assemble of Refrigeration Units as per Manufacturing Instruction & Method Sheet.

Perform basic trouble shooting / rework on tested / assembled units.

Assist in designing jigs / fixtures & parts trolley.

Serve as trainer under buddy system.

To test / inspect / assemble Refrigeration Units as per manufacturing instruction, method sheet and maintained required output rates and quality.

Responsible for up-keeping and maintenance of equipment / tools / fixtures / gauges assigned to the Station. Ensure all calibrated items used are within the effective calibration period.

Primary Purpose:
