Job Description:
As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with project requirements and industry best practices. In this role, you will lead a dynamic development team, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Your expertise in Telco enterprise processes, order management systems, and Salesforce will drive innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Enablement:
· Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud solutions.
· Ensure solutions meet business needs and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
· Conduct technical reviews and ensure quality control across project phases.
Team Leadership:
· Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team.
· Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
Stakeholder Coordination:
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify challenges, and provide technical solutions.
· Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Technical Problem Solving:
· Address and resolve technical challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
· Recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance and usability.
Experience & Skills Required:
Salesforce Expertise:
· At least 2 years of Salesforce techno-functional experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
Telco Industry Knowledge:
· Familiarity with Telco Enterprise B2B ordering and fulfilment processes.
· Knowledge of fixed-line connectivity products (e.g., Ethernet, VPN, Optical Fibre).
· Functional understanding of Telco Order Management Systems (OMS) capabilities.
Business Process Design:
· Experience in designing and optimizing business processes.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
UI/UX Design:
· Proficiency in wireframe design and user experience optimization.
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
· Experience in agile project management.
· Familiarity with integration tools and APIs in the Salesforce ecosystem.
