As the Affordability Programs Assistant Manager, Mobile Experience Business, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of Samsung’s Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, and Mobile Accessories businesses across the Southeast Asia and Oceania region.

This will include facilitating partnership proposals, project managing IT platform integration, and guiding go-to-market launch strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Regional project management of Samsung’s internal financing platform, including:

- platform enhancement and IT development;

- retail rollout and execution across diverse retail channels (online and offline);

- commercial offer structuring and refinement;

- managing technical and financial performance against key metrics

Requirements

· 5-7 years of project management experience in a B2C business, ideally in a regional role

· Expertise in consumer financing / micro-financing preferred (e.g. BNPL or microfinancing programs); fintech and consumer banking experience also relevant

· Solid understanding of microfinancing programs, loan products and solutions, and corresponding financing partner commercial structures

· Strong project management capabilities are required

· Experience in working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (role will involve working with business teams, financiers, and technical teams)

· Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market programs is ideal

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of data center construction projects, working closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment across all parties.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Communication: Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Problem Solving: Identify potentia project delays or obstacles proactively and work with the team to implement effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance processes, ensuring that construction phases meet all required standards and specifications.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed progress reports for management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and upcoming timelines.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering and construction processes is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or hands-on experience in project management, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center construction and infrastructure development.
• Knowledge of regional construction regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for installing, configuring, testing and maintaining Informatica PowerCenter software

· Responsible for reviewing and understanding requirements and translating them into high-level and low-level documentation including source to target mapping

· Responsible for building of data mappings, sessions and workflows to meet requirements (Informatica 10.x or higher)

· Responsible for development of job schedules that integrate the upstream and downstream systems (e.g. Control-M)

· Responsible for unit testing, debugging, and performance testing, with key focus on data accuracy and integrity

· Accountable for on-time delivery of all documentation, design, build, testing, and deployment according to the work breakdown structures

· Work with production support teams as required to support production activities, including production migrations, continuity testing, environment migration activities

Must have impeccable written and oral communication skills down to the mapping documentation level

Skills/Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years or above with the relevant experience

· Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter 10.x or higher preferably in a Unix (Linux/AIX) environment with AS400/Oracle sources and targets.

· Must have experience in Oracle 19c or higher (SQL*Plus, PL/SQL)/Experience in Unix Shell Scripting (Linux/AIX)

· Experience Job scheduling tools like Control-M

· Good to have experience in Change Control Management tools & Visio

· Have experience on all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Able to do requirement gathering, impact analysis, ETL mapping, build, unit testing, support SIT/UAT/Production.
