• Operate as an integral part of the KYC Investor Services team across multiple locations and partner with other Investor Services Team members (Client Account Managers and Trade Processing teams) as well as with the client / investor and CSM/RM as needed.
• Firm knowledge of current AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS concepts, regulations and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Provide suggestions for efficiencies, process improvements and provide support to the Head of the KYC team and the Investor Services Department Head.
• Address client and investor issues and concerns, day-to-day KYC onboarding, revisits, remediation, static data updates, and reporting to clients and MLRO for periodic reporting and Client DDQ reviews.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects either for specific client or internal team strategic initiatives such as process improvement, system upgrades and enhancements.
• Act as a professional partner with clients, investors and all internal stakeholders.

This role will oversee end-to-end management of English and Chinese marketing channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Website, RED, and WeChat. The ideal candidate will establish a strong brand image, amplify our presence in target markets, and support lead generation efforts through strategic content creation and collaboration with the BD team to optimize the conversion funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Channel Management

• Create high-quality English and Chinese content, including blog posts, press releases, social media copy, and marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, brochures, and digital assets) to enhance brand image and online presence.
• Plan and execute content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), RED, and WeChat, ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
• Monitor channel performance, refine strategies, and optimize content delivery.

SEO & Advertising

• Analyze website traffic and SEO trends to uncover content opportunities and optimize materials for key markets using relevant tools.
• Manage or support paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and RED ads, to increase traffic and engagement.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

• Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and designers to execute effective content strategies and campaigns.
• Align messaging and outreach initiatives with BD and Management teams for consistent branding.

Metrics & Reporting

• Track and evaluate content and campaign performance, reporting on ROI, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Set KPIs to assess the success of initiatives and refine future strategies.

Brand Visibility

• Strengthen the company’s brand presence by expanding visibility and engaging with key industry decision-makers through strategic campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Writing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience creating omni-channel content, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn and RED.
• Basic proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
• Website management experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• A self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
