• Stay abreast of the global LNG market supply and demand drivers.
• Liaise with counterparty operators to coordinate operational requirements as set out in the agreements
• Coordinate cargo documentation exchange, import/export permits declaration for regulatory compliance, and liaise with terminals, vessels, and counterparts in completing all the cargo documents
• Appoint independent surveyors and review surveyor reports and verify cargo quantity in accordance with agreed measurement & testing protocols
• Facilitate invoicing and payment process, demurrage calculation and invoicing, and manage inventory of post-operation paperwork.
• Ensure that all pertinent information is entered in an accurate and timely manner into trading systems
• Monitor inventory and cargo quality of storage tank at the terminal; coordinate storage & reload activities.
• Review term sheet/agreement for operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 year's experience working as an LNG Trading Operator with a physical trading company

• Responsible for the delivery of goods from office to outlet and outlet to office

• Picking, packing, checking and handling of goods and products

• Assist in arranging and organizing goods and products in the store

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and tidiness

• Maintain proper documentation of stock information and monitor stock movement

• Inventory control and cycle count and ensure quantity tally with WESS systems

• Ensure that the deliveries are carried out responsibly and on time.

• Ensure the goods and products delivery tally with the delivery orders etc.

• Conduct quality checks on goods prior to delivery and collection (check the quality and quantity according to the delivery order, verify and report to management if there are any discrepancies)

• Delivery of logistics for roadshow

• Ensure the smooth delivery for roadshow set-up and tear-down during weekends and outside of working hours

• Housekeeping duties

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Timing :

• Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)
• 10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm (cannot choose)
• Total working hours per week: 42 hours

Requirement :

• Have to work 1 weekend
• Able to work on PH

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to the patients
• Serving food and drinks to patients and clearing it once patients have finished their meals
• Checking food served against patient meal orders
• Assist in inventory management
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the workstation and strictly abide by health/sanitation regulations
• Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs
• Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion for patients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
