● Review and implement HR policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance

Requirements:

1) Degree preferred

2) Minimum 7 years’ of proven working experience in HR / OD

3) Experience in designing and conducting HR / OD intervention workshops

4) Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, patience, good communications skills

EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Job Scope :

• Washing of common and handicap toilets to maintain hygiene standards for residential and visitors’ use. Sweeping and mopping of management office to ensure cleanliness.
• Cleaning and wiping of security counter.
• Sweeping and mopping of building floor areas such as lift lobbies, carpark and ramp area rubbish.
• Wiping of lift panels, glass panels and letterboxes and ensure they are free of dirt and grime.
• Clearing the common rubbish bins and washing the bin centre surrounding area, rubbish bins and bin chambers.
• Sweeping the tennis court, ball court and table tennis area.
