Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level or ITE qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in F&B or relevant experience

• Possess passion in Baking & Pastry

• Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead a team

• Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate

• Good understanding of procedures related to kitchen operation

• Able to do split shift and work on weekends and public holidays

• Able to multi-task, adapt to fast paced environment and work under pressure

• Uphold excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices

Able to speak japanese to liaise with japanese R&D team

• Assist in preparation of daily items for our menus and ensure that items prepared is of high quality and in accordance to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintaining a clean working environment and ensure safety when operating kitchen & counter equipment
• Monitoring stock level through regular stock checks and make sure stock is properly stored.
• Assist in monthly inventory checks.
• Covering all the section in the kitchen & counter time to time in order to coordinate smooth daily operations.

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 years experience as Area Cleaning Operations Manager.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Possess good communication skills and can-do attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to recruit cleaning staff / crew.
• Possess class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Support, plan, execute, and manage regulatory compliance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, and quality standards.

• Provide regulatory compliance advisory to management and business stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance projects, providing regular updates to core project team and business stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of regulations and industry standards.

• Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory legislation.

Skills/Requirement

• Minimum of 3 + years of regulatory compliance experience.

• Experience in insurance industry, with proficiency in Insurance Act, Financial Advisers Act and industry requirements is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent project management skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
