Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Actively promote and demonstrate mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and related accessories to customers.
2. Deliver an exceptional retail experience by providing premium customer service and support.
3. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Gather and act on customer feedback, suggest products, and identify new business opportunities.
5. Plan, organize, and participate in events such as roadshows and in-store promotions.
6. Enhance in-store displays through effective categorization, merchandising, and showcasing product features.
7. Ensure marketing materials, promotional items, store displays, point-of-sale setups, and signage are always up to date and presentable.
8. Manage inventory efficiently, including conducting regular stock checks and ensuring sufficient stock levels.
9. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product launches, and competitor activities.
10. Provide product training and recommendations to team members or retail partners when necessary.
11. Handle other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.
2. Sales-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
5. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
6. Flexible with work schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts at different locations.
7. Well-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage time effectively.
8. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of mobile phones and related accessories is a plus.
