• Support ESG Transformation projects, including developing GHG inventories, defining water baseline studies and conducting waste management studies
• Contribute to the development of ESG and Decarbonisation strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of project documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret sustainability-related data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Assist in the development of data-driven recommendations for clients to enhance sustainability performance.
• Support the creation of data visualizations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Continually learn and stay up to date with evolving ESG standards, frameworks, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Change, Chemical Sciences, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, with familiarity in environmental and/or health and safety advisory services.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain flexibility, with a strong ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of ESG and sustainability frameworks, greenhouse gas inventories, and familiarization with the principles of a circular economy and water stewardship.
• Exposure of working with advanced data analytics tools and digital platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability-related data.
• Exposure to ISO Management Systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14064; would be an advantage.
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• At least 2 SAP E2E Implementations which includes at least one end to end in S/4 Hana migrations

• Universal Journal, New GL accounting: Configurations, Leading - Non-leading ledgers concept, Document splitting, IFRS
  
• Expert in SAP organization structure design ( i.e Enterprise structure, Profit censer / Cost Center structure, Chart of Account) in line with customer business strategy
  
• Expert knowledge on Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Budegeting C planning, Revenue Accounting, Accounts Payable:
  
• Vendor payments, APP, EDI - IDOC, Automatic Bank Reconciliation Electronic bank Statement: APP Configurations, MT940, BRS Integration with other modules ie. MM,SD,PS etc
  
• Working knowledge on Controlling module: PC,CC, assessments, allocations, settlements, Product costing - COPA
  
• Hands on expertise in Period closing and Year closing processes
  
• Should have hands on experience in preparing following key deliverable as per pre-defined project templates:
  • Blue Print and business process master list (BPML)
  • GAP Analysis
  • Functional Specifications
  • Unit/ Integration/ UAT test plan / Test Case
  • Cutover plan

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents;
• Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.
• Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Purchasing and inventory management;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact with various stakeholders and counterparts.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Immediate start or short notice is preferred.
