Key Responsibilities:

Shipments:

• Shipping / Logistics - Arrangements and follow-up on incoming / outgoing shipment, locally and internationally.
• Documentation – Preparation of Shipping documents, request forms, shipping invoices, customs declaration documentations, etc.

Inventory Management:

Assembly ,Testing of System

Assembly involves Fitting of electronics, Cabling with premade cables and new cables that will need to be made.

Fitment of Physical parts on Test bench

Verification of Assembly and operate as per Set ATP/ATR process.

Testing verification of each assembled units on Ground at facility

Making of reports of Assembly and testing as per prescribed norms

Design and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify target audiences.

Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including online ads, print ads, and outdoor advertising.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.

Monitor expenses and ensure marketing activities are within budget.

Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, including campaign results and ROI.

Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through loyalty programs, personalized communication, and customer feedback.Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Job scheduling for truck attendants and production team
• Effectively manage manpower and ensure proper coordination of works with relevant departments
• Plan, organize and manage all aspects of the day-to-day production activities to ensure that daily production targets are achieved
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of employee deployment, attendance and leave management
• Work closely with Sales and Operations Department on the loading of goods for export
• Maintain an Excel tracking file and monitor the product movement
• Ensure all production related machineries and equipment are properly maintained
• Work with Safety Officer to ensure all Safety Compliance measures are adhered to
• Ensure cleanliness of the Production/operation area and dormitory
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience with
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Good to have a fork lift licence
• 6 Days work week

- Follow arrangements and company standard procedure.

- Safely transporting audio visual equipment to specified locations in a timely manner.

- Assisting with the loading unloading packing and setup of TV and speakers.

- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing / fines.

- Ensuring safe driving at all times and not tail-gating vehicles in order to avoid accidents and damages to the delivery vehicle.

- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.

- Reporting any accidents and vehicle damage to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and overall management of the centre.
• Determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies.
• Work closely with agencies to meet requirements.
• Guide and monitor staff in teaching and planning for their individual professional development.
• Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies.
• Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
• Prepare budget and control budget expenditures and manage disbursement of cash for purchases.
• Keep adequate records of income and expenditures.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports required for the respective departments and management.
• Organise specific centre programs, initiatives and events.
• Ensure that the needs of children and parents are met.
• Handle centre administrative matters and enrolment.

Requirements

• Must possess the Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)
• Degree in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or managing a childcare/preschool
• A team leader as well as a team player
• Possess excellent written and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Preschool Educators (English Language) have a significant role to play in the care and education of the preschool aged children and toddlers at the Centre because of the direct involvement, close proximity and extent of interaction between the teachers and the children under their charge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with centre’s policies and framework.
• Prepare and implement the programs and age-appropriate teaching aids.
• Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes learning.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address the children's educational and developmental needs individually.
• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.
• Communicate with the parents by writing comments on the child's well-being, progress, etc. in the Parents-Teacher Communication Booklet. Check this Communication Booklet daily for messages, and/or comments from the parents.
• Build and maintain close partnership with parents.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
• Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties.
• To undertake other related duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care Education / Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Certifications in Early Childhood Care Education (DPT/CPT/DPL/ACEY)
• Para Educators or Educators - Possess Fundamentals or Certificate in Preschool teaching
• First Aid Certification will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching in a childcare/preschool
• High tolerance threshold towards children
• Passionate in teaching
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill
