What you'll do:

As a Client Service Specialist in the Private Wealth sector, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for liaising with various business units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, resolving client queries promptly, and understanding the overall relationship between the client and the bank. Your operational responsibilities will include trade booking, settlement, resolving funding issues, following up on margin calls, and handling transactional documentation. You will also ensure full awareness of and adherence to internal policies and procedures. What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Client Service Specialist role is fluent in English with proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin due to business needs. You should be a Diploma Holder or University graduate with at least 2-3 years of relevant financial services experience. A strong knowledge of Private Banking investment products such as FX, Equities, Fixed Income, and derivatives is essential. You should be detailed, meticulous, able to multi-task and work under pressure. Willingness to work outside of normal work hours is required. A proactive and collaborative team player with a keen interest in the private banking industry would thrive in this role.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Direct – Far East, the Sales Administrator will play a key role in assisting with incoming inquiries for Retail and Event Rental Sales in both Singapore and Hong Kong.
